Momofuku Sweet & Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce has been a workhorse in our restaurant kitchens over the past 20 years. We’ve used versions of this sauce on rice cakes, fried chicken, and other Momofuku classics.

• Ingredients: gochujang (water, tapioca syrup, brown rice, red pepper, salt, brown rice flour, alcohol (to preserve freshness), garlic, onion), soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), brown sugar, tapioca syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, dried garlic, dried onion, yeast extract, black pepper
