We harvest grapes from two of the most traditional varieties in the heralded Italian region of Emilia Romagna: sweet and fruity Trebbiano and sharply acidic Lambrusco grapes.
In the end, it’s a rich, flavorful balsamic vinegar you’ll feel compelled to pour on just about everything or use as your very own secret ingredient for marinades and condiments.
