Who You Are
- You understand that great selling is rooted in connection, curiosity, and trust and you’re energized by selling and even more energized by helping others grow their confidence on the sales floor
- You lead from the floor, not from the sidelines — your team sees you doing the work, and that sets the tone
- You think in goals — whether it's a daily target or a seasonal campaign, you know how to break it down, rally the team around it, and track what matters
- You're the kind of communicator people actually want to hear from — clear, consistent, and timely
- You care about developing people, not just hitting numbers — you give feedback that lands, and you follow through when you say you will
- You're plugged into the community and energized by it — you see local relationships, events, and partnerships as a real part of what makes a shop like this thrive
- You move fluidly between big-picture strategy and the day-to-day details without losing steam on either end
- You stay calm when things get messy and bring solutions, not just problems
- You're flexible and available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as the business needs
- You thrive in an evolving small business environment where priorities can shift quickly and no two weeks look exactly the same
- You're able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
